The Self-Care Project

We have developed a number of practical, evidence-based and freely available resources to help manage common mental health concerns.  These may be used by individuals and their caregivers and are complementary to other forms of mental health care that that they may be receiving. We offer consultation and support to specific organizations that want to ensure that these resources are optimally implemented and utilized.
