Dr. Randy Paterson, R. Psych.

Dr. Paterson, R.Psych. is a psychologist (registered in British Columbia), consultant, and author in Vancouver Canada. He is the Director of Changeways Clinic, a private outpatient service specializing in the treatment of mood and anxiety disorders. He has published and presented in the areas of attention, stress and information processing, attachment theory, and depression, and is the author of two books for the popular press: The Assertiveness Workbook (2000) and Your Depression Map (2002). He has written numerous treatment manuals and resource materials for therapists, and is a co-author of the Antidepressant Skills Workbook. He has presented over 200 therapist training seminars in Canada, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand, and is the 2008 recipient of the Canadian Psychological Association’s Distinguished Practitioner award.
